When it comes to adding a lander to PeerClick, you need to have your landing page ready and publicly available on the Internet. The landing page is a standalone web page that your visitors land on after clicking the ad (campaign URL). The lander is a campaign's element in PeerClick that will allow you to create a campaign funnel and specify its requirements adequately to the landing page's setup. In other words, if only you want to have a landing page as a part of the campaign funnel, you need to have a landing page hosted externally and a lander created in PeerClick.

PeerClick Info

This guide instructs you how to add the simplest version of the lander to PeerClick meaning that there will be no corresponding tokens added to the lander URL. If you need to pass information dynamically using such tokens, read the Adding a Lander with Tokens to PeerClick article.

To add the lander to the PeerClick platform, perform the following steps:

  1. Click the New lander button. The New lander form will show up.
  1. Provide a unique name for your lander.

📘

PeerClick Info

The name of the lander in PeerClick is based on the following pattern: {country_labelor Global} - {your_unique_custom_name}

  1. Provide the URL of your landing page in the Lander URL field, for example: http://lander_url.com

👍

PeerClick Note

In one campaign funnel all the tracking URLs (including the click URL) need to be set with the same domain.

  1. Select the integer to provide the exact Number of offers for your lander. Once you have saved all the changes and added the lander to PeerClick, you cannot modify this value.

👍

PeerClick Note

The number of offers on a landing page will determine the PeerClick click URL format used in CTA links / buttons:

  • If you want to have one offer (even linked with many CTA links / buttons), set the Number of offers to 1. Also select 1, if you want to rotate offers on the landing page (then, add multiple offers in the campaign' setup). Next, use click URL on your landing page.
  • If you want to have many offers with a corresponding number of CTA links / buttons, select it here and next, add multi-click URL on the landing page.
  1. (Optional) If the lander is geo-specific, select the Country from the drop-down menu. Otherwise, leave the Global option. This option is only used for organizational purposes and does not determine the traffic source geo-location in any way.
  2. (Optional) To enhance search functionality, you can always add tags to the lander. Remember that tags can only contain letters, numbers, and underscores.
  3. Click the Save button. You have added the lander to PeerClick.

Remember

If you use custom domain in the campaign link than redirect link from landing page to offer must be with the same domain. Example:
Campaign link - http://custom.domain/15G4UD?external_id=${SUBID}
Redirect link - http://custom.domain/offer
