MyLead Integration

MyLead is an affiliate network that uses various cost models and provides offers from almost all verticals. The following guide describes how to set up tracking of their offers with Peerclick.

Step 1. Adding MyLead as a Network in PeerClick

The first step is to add MyLead as an Affiliate Network in PeerClick. Go to the Networks Tab in your PeerClick account and click New. Since MyLead is already included in the PeerClick Networks database, just Load from template and click Add.

The data will be filled in automatically. Copy the Postback URL template and click Save.

You now have an affiliate network element added to Peerclick and a postback URL stored in the clipboard.
Step 2. Submit the Postback URL to MyLead
The second thing you need to do is to submit a postback URL that you have copied from Peerclick to MyLeads. By doing so you will configure the MyLeads platform to report conversions to Peerclick. In order to make this work, perform the following steps:

Log into your MyLead account and open For webmaster tab and Postback section, choose the event you want to get the postback.
In MyLead, {ml_sub1} macros is typically used for tracking purposes. Paste the pre-set Postback URL template you copied in Step 1 into the corresponding field.
Don't forget to save it.

The postback URL has been added.
Step 3. Add a Traffic Source to MyLead
MyLead requires defining what traffic source you are going to use in your campaign. You have to add a traffic source before you will be able to create a campaign. In order to do so, perform the following steps:
In MyLead, go to the Traffic sources view. Click the New traffic source button.

Select and configure a traffic source that you want to use.

Once you have created a traffic source, you can start creating a campaign.
Step 4. Obtaining offer URL in MyLead
In order to create a campaign in MyLead, perform the following steps:
In My Lead, select the Campaigns option from the menu on the left. Go to the List of campaigns view. Select an offer that you wish to promote.

Click the URL address option.

Select the traffic source that you have just created from the Chose the traffic sources drop-down menu. Provide a description of your promotion methods in the text field. Click the I have read the terms of program button.
Your offer is awaiting approval. Once it is approved, copy the offer link displayed on an offer page.

You now have an offer URL copied in your clipboard. The last step takes place in Peerclick.
Step 5. Creating an offer in PeerClick**
Copy the result link for you current offer and return to your PeerClick account. Go to Offers tab and click New. Fill in the relevant details, such as Payout and your desired Offer Name, paste your Tracking link into the URL field, choose MyLead as Affiliate Network. Postback URL will be filled in automatically, and the {clickid} will be added to your Offer URL automatically, specify GEO and click Create an offer.

Please note that GEO is for reference only and not used for traffic filtering or distribution. All Traffic filtering and distribution settings are done in the Campaign rules tab.

Step 6. Creat Campaign in PeerClick**

- Go to the Campaigns section.
- Click the New button.

- Choose the name of the campaign
- Select the group for your campaign or add the new one if you need it
- Select the traffic source. In our example, GoogleAd.
- Set a value per click. Don't worry about mistakes. At any moment you can update the clicks settings using the Update costs function.

- Choose between the option to use your landing page, or just to send the traffic without it directly to the offer. If you want to use a landing page, click on Landing, you will see a dropdown menu. Here you can easily find your landing page. As soon as you have chosen it, it will appear on the edit page of the campaign. If you don’t want to use it, choose direct link.
- Click Offers and a dropdown menu will open. Choose your offer and it will be added to the page.

- Press the Create or Create and close . And copy your link
Use it link in your ads.
